Dietary
Do you use any animal products?

We are 100% Vegan certified and all of our products are Vegan.

We DO NOT USE in any of our products:

Animal fats, eggs, dairy milk, dairy butter, animal-derived colouring

My friend has a nut allergy can they eat your cakes?

Any goods containing nuts will have this explicitly listed. Please note that although a product may not contain nuts, all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.

Do you have any Gluten free cakes?

Gluten-Free options are available on certain goods. Please get in touch directly and we will accommodate.

Product
How should I store my cake?

Our products are always best on day of purchase. All products should be stored in air-tight containers or left in the packaging (box) and kept upright.

Can I put my cake in the fridge?

Your baked goods can be refrigerated but left in room temperature for 2-3hrs before serving for best flavour. Cupcakes should be fine 2-3 days after purchase depending on your storage method. Only refrigerate if storing longer than 24 hours.

Can I get any more layers that a two layer cake?

All of our cakes are two layers unless otherwise stated differently with a Special Order. As all our products are made by hand on the day, the final product will vary every time. Please bear in mind that the images on our website can sometimes vary with each order.

Ordering
I need a cake tomorrow?

Online orders can be placed no later than 4pm the day before the order is required (subject to kitchen availability).

For special orders please email SPECIAL ORDER in subject box. Please note that full payment is required upfront on any orders.

I need to change something in my order

If you notice an error in the Order Confirmation you must notify us by email by 12.00 noon the day before the order is due to be delivered.

I need to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify by telephone before 12:00 noon the day before your order was due to be delivered. To cancel a delivery order, please contact us by telephone before 12:00 noon the day before your order was due to be delivered. If your order is over £100, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your order is due to be delivered. A refund will only be made to the same credit card with which your order was placed.

Can I pay over the phone?

Please note that we are unable to take credit card payments for orders over the phone. This is to protect genuine customers and help prevent fraudulent purchases being made with credit cards

Payments for telephone orders can be made in the following ways. Customers can be sent a link which will direct them to online payments BACS or direct transfer (for all BACS or direct transfer orders, we request payment is made minimum of 4 working days before to allow payment to clear)

We offer a personal delivery service 5 days a week from 10am to 6pm.
